Ryan Rigby is pursuing a PhD in Health Services Research at the Texas A&M University School of Public Health in the Department of Health Policy and Management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. Ryan is a Lieutenant in the Medical Service Corps of the United States Navy. He is a hospital administrator with hospital experience in human resources and patient administration. His operational experience includes being the officer-in-charge of multiple shock trauma systems and has served as company commander for a surgical company. He is interested in veterans’ rural health, access to care, health outcomes.
